Within the group, Wizenco is our media buying agency. We support international clients such as Tencent, The Pokémon Company, IO Interactive, Dotemu, and Bandai Namco, delivering high-performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on ROI.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior Performance Manager with strong User Acquisition expertise to lead and scale performance on key accounts.


User Acquisition & Paid Media Strategy (~50%)
This is a core part of the role. You will be responsible for defining and executing UA strategies across multiple high-impact accounts.
* Design and lead full-funnel User Acquisition strategies (mobile & desktop)
* Manage and optimize advanced Paid Media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, gaming networks)
* Build and scale acquisition strategies based on CPA / ROAS / LTV
* Drive campaign scaling across budgets, geographies, and audiences
* Lead bidding and optimization strategies at scale
* Work closely with creative teams on creative testing strategies (UGC, hooks, iterations, performance-driven creatives)


Data, Tracking & Performance (~30%)
* Define and oversee tracking frameworks (MMPs such as AppsFlyer / Adjust, pixels, event tracking)
* Analyze user funnels (install → activation → retention → LTV)
* Build and interpret cohort-based and ROAS-driven models
* Improve reporting frameworks and dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent)
* Extract actionable insights and drive strategic recommendations


Leadership & Structuring (~10–20%)
* Act as a UA expert and internal reference
* Mentor and support more junior team members
* Contribute to internal best practices, tools, and methodologies
* Support strategic pitches and business development initiatives


Client management & consulting (~10%)
* Lead strategic client relationships with a high level of autonomy
* Deliver business-oriented recommendations (not just media execution)
* Engage with international stakeholders

Profil recherché

Experience
* 5–8+ years in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
* Strong and proven experience in User Acquisition (gaming, apps, entertainment or high-growth environments)
* Experience managing large-scale, performance-driven budgets


Core skills
* Advanced expertise in major platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok
* Strong knowledge of UA tools and ecosystem (MMPs, tracking, attribution)
* Solid understanding of business KPIs: ROAS, LTV, CAC, payback
* Experience with multi-channel and international campaign strategies
* Ability to build strategy, not just execute campaigns
