Revenue Growth Management is getting increasingly critical for Royal Canin success across the globe.
The Global Sales & Revenue Growth Management Functional Business Partner defines the Global Digital Technology Strategy to enable Sales & Revenue Growth Management capabilities and deliver expected outcomes across the priority geographies. This functional scope will touch upon the following business activities and questions to be solved: pricing analytics, Price-pack architecture, Mix management, Trade spend analysis, Promotion ROI management and optimization.
The Global Sales & Revenue Growth Management Functional Business Partner leads a team to execute that strategy at global level and across the regions.
He shapes the global Sales & Revenue Growth Management capability roadmap to support this strategy and enable the future in-market activation.
He builds trusted relationships with the global/functional leadership teams to understand the business stakes, objectives and define how technology can support them. Constantly learn and network inside and outside the business to bring innovation in his functional area.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Build credibility and establish rapport by maintaining open communication with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve Royal Canin objectives
Engaged with Functional Global, Regional and local teams to understand their strategies and problems and define the digital technology strategy to support the function's long-term objectives. Accountable for business value creation & Realization via digital capabilities in the demand area
Contribute to shape the global Revenue Growth Management strategy and define the Digital Technology strategic roadmap for 1 or multiple capabilities that supports Global and Regional objectives
Lead the functional digital technology governance meetings to align strategy, prioritize investment and unlock challenges for the Sales & Revenue Growth Management area
Collaborates with business sponsors and managers to create clear outcomes, scope, approach, and business cases for 1 or multiple capabilities
Works in partnership with stakeholders from various internal transformation programs and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with the Global Functional Objectives
Monitors the progression of projects through the delivery phase, working with deployment and Digital Technology teams in the regions to ensure the realization of the benefits
Works with the Global Program Office and the Delivery Leads to facilitate the project approval process with the Global Steering Committee
Identify, measure, track, and report on key success metrics to ensure alignment to products, business goals, and company priorities
Responsible for ensuring the Functional Architecture for 1 or multiple Sales & Revenue Growth Management capabilities is sustainable and aligned with the corporate mandate and industry best practices
Collaborates with Digital Technology Functional leaders in other segments to learn from their experience and bring any best practices that would be relevant for Royal Canin
Constantly learn about the functional area inside and outside the organization. Network with external experts and vendors in the area to stay up to speed with digital trends and proactively push innovation in Royal Canin
Lead a team of 1-2 Global project managers or product leads
Ensures the implementation of company policies and guidelines in alignment with local legal requirements, cultural specifics, and business practices
