Mission

Job Title

Manager, Engineering, Nevio - Offer Orchestration & Servicing

In the OFR division, the department Offer Creation is at the heart of Nevio's architecture, responsible for the creation of the offer and orchestration of the different micro services.

In a very fast expansion context, we are creating a new team to focus on Nevio's project development.
Many challenges are ahead of us, with delivery milestone in production in 2024.

What you will do as Manager, Engineering in the team:

Accountability / Business acumen
- Define and share the technical/functional team roadmap and vision according to the department/division/company objectives
- Report on team activities
- Be accountable for the performance and results of a unit within own discipline or function
- Develop plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Suggest alternatives / improvements / new techniques in processes, flows, operational models and plans
- Moderate budgetary impact on business

Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receive guidance from senior manager

Technical excellence
- Timely manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.

Communication
Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding company/organization information

Our ideal candidate:

- at least 10/12 years in software development / computing science with minimum 3 years of experience in team management

- ability to lead by example, strong communication skills and good in building relationships

- ability to deal with ambiguity in a big company, with multiple stakeholders

- ability to bring a vision and direction to the team

- fluent English
