Team Management - Managing multicultural and multilingual teams
Ensure synergy and integration - Standardizing processes while respecting cultural differences
Maximize pipeline creation
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 years in a sales role (internships included), entrepreneurial spirit a must.
Managerial experience preferred, or strong leadership qualities.
Meticulous, well-organised, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ideal Personal Attributes:
Confident in making calls.
Agile and adaptive in communication and strategy.
Proficient with IT tools (Salesforce knowledge advantageous).
Resilient to rejection.
