INTERNSHIP - COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT – DESIGN, TECHNICAL SERVICES & INNOVATION (Female/Male)

Accor Headquarters - Issy Les Moulineaux, France

Status: Full time
Estimated date of employment: 1 July 2024
The contract required for this offer is an internship.

Within the Global Design, Technical Services and Innovation team for Premium, Midscale & Economy brands, the communication assistant will be responsible for promoting the department strategy and ambition .

He/she will be able to communicate and highlight the department's various achievements, current projects, new design reference documents, etc. through various communication actions: creation of videos, designer interviews, preparation of external events, creation of presentations, internal network communication, including the writing of newsletters and articles, organization of events, social networks management (in particular Instagram and LinkedIn), reporting, etc.

He/she will be responsible for the animation of the communication plan and will also be responsible for the harmonization and animation of the intranet of the Design & Technical Services department (Microsoft environment), as well as the Accor Design Instagram account.


Qualifications

Level of study: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5
Field of study: Communication / Marketing
Languages required: French and English (good level required)


Additional Information

Experience in communication/marketing is essential . Excellent writing skills and perfect command of languages (English and French: flawless grammar, spelling and syntax). Excellent organization, good prioritization and time management skills. Versatility ( dealing with a wide range of subjects ), creativity, taste for human relations. Curiosity and sensitivity to the world of architecture, design and art are appreciated.

Softwares: Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook. Proficiency in Photoshop / Indesign / Canva is a plus.
