Le Pôle Léonard de Vinci est composé de 4 établissements d’enseignement supérieur délivrant des diplômes reconnus qui couvrent des champs disciplinaires complémentaires : une école de management, l’EMLV ; une école d’ingénieurs, l’ESILV, une école du digital, l’IIM et un centre de formation continue, De Vinci Executive Education. Celles-ci ont fait naitre de 3 centres de recherche : De Vinci Research Center (DVRC), l’Institute for Future Technologies (IFT) et l’Institut des Crypto-Actifs (ICA). En 2025, il compte 10 500 étudiants et apprenants au sein de ses 4 écoles, 24 000 diplômés et 490 collaborateurs. Créées en 1995, les écoles sont historiquement rassemblées sur Paris-La Défense, et depuis 2022 à Nantes, et dès septembre 2025 à Montpellier. Les campus s’organisent autour de valeurs communes que sont l’hybridation, la professionnalisation, l’internationalisation, l’ouverture sociale et le sport. Mission
EMLV Business School (Ecole de Management Léonard de Vinci) is a post-baccalaureate business and management school with a Bac+5 Master's degree, offering a Grande Ecole program. Its 5-year generalist curriculum opens the door to a wide range of specialties. Among the school's strengths are digital, marketing, HR, finance, innovation and sustainable development in the current context of corporate digital transformation. The School, historically located in Paris La Défense, will open two new campuses in Nantes and Montpellier in September 2025. Each year, it welcomes a class of top-level athletes as part of an adapted program. Cross-disciplinary courses and projects (20% of the curriculum), including double diplomas, are offered with other Pôle Léonard de Vinci schools (Engineer-Manager with ESILV and Digital Marketing & Data Analytics with IIM). The program enables students to quickly grasp the demands and codes of the corporate world, both in France and abroad. EMLV also offers 3 Bachelors, 1 MBA, 1 DBA and 6 MSc programs accredited by the CGE. 3,800 students - 8,000 alumni. EMLV is AACSB, EFMD Master and AMBA accredited. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of EMLV’s growing academic community, you will contribute to the school’s mission through the following key activities:
* Conduct and publish high-quality academic research in recognized peer-reviewed journals (FNEGE, ABS, or equivalent).
* Deliver engaging and innovative teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels (including MSc, MBA, and Master's programs).
* Supervise student projects and theses, with a strong emphasis on practical application and academic rigor.
* Participate actively in the life of the institution, including faculty meetings, program development, and outreach initiatives.
Profil recherché
Profile required
Candidates should hold a PhD in their field of teaching and research from a leading institution and have an established record of excellence in teaching and research within their discipline (FNEGE/ABS publications). They should be fluent in both English and French. A good knowledge of the French system of “Grandes Ecoles” will be appreciated.
